Who We Are
This project is funded by a Reconnecting Cenla Program Grant from The Rapides Foundation. Through its Reconnecting Cenla Program Grant, the Foundation seeks to address young adults ages 16-24 who are neither working nor in school by supporting community-based systems that will reconnect them to education or employment opportunities.
What We Do
COER seeks to empower our community leaders and partners with the knowledge to reach those who might otherwise fall through the cracks. Whether it’s securing stable housing, addressing physical and mental health needs, or combating food insecurity, we work to build a solid foundation for long-term success by connecting these individuals with local resources.
